Public Areas – content you post publicly (forums, chat) is visible to others.

Active customers: retained for the life of the account plus 24 months.

Prospects/Leads: retained 24 months from last interaction.

11. Ghosting & Subscription Inactivity

If you subscribe but do not schedule an onboarding call and/or fail to provide required project information, your subscription will remain active and billable until you formally cancel. Fees accrued during inactivity are non-refundable (see “Ghosting Clause” in our Terms).

We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted here and, where appropriate, notified via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
